Order & payment

1. Choose your favorite products, choose the desired quantity and place them in the shopping cart by clicking 'add to shopping cart'.

2. Once collected all your desired products and would you like to order them? Go to your shopping cart (top right) and click on 'proceed to checkout'.

3. Fill in your details, agree to our terms and conditions and then click 'place order'.

4. Choose a desired payment method and pay for your order.

Voila, the order has been placed and within a few minutes you will receive your order confirmation with your order number. 🙂

Yes, the UNRO website is secured by an SSL connection. This way you can shop online with us safely and reliably.

You can easily enter your voucher or discount code at the shopping cart & checkout page.

In most cases, you will receive your order confirmation via the e-mail address you provided within a few minutes. Sometimes the mail may end up in your junk mail or spam folder. It is also possible that you do not receive the order confirmation after a few minutes, but only after 15 or 20 minutes.

Haven't received an order confirmation after half an hour? Then send an email to support@unrostore.com with the items you ordered, the total amount of the order and your bank statement. We will do our best to trace your order and provide a solution.

Unfortunate that you want to cancel your order. This is still possible up to half an hour after placing your order. Send an email with 'cancel order number *your order number*' to support@unrostore.com

Shipping

Do you live in the Netherlands? Then we aim to deliver your order to you within 1 to 3 working days (holidays, unforeseen circumstances and sale period are excluded).

For most countries in Europe, we maintain a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days (holidays, unforeseen circumstances and sale period are excluded).

For orders delivered in the Netherlands, shipping costs are free for order values above €75. Below this amount, we charge €5.95 standard shipping costs for orders to be delivered in the Netherlands.

Note: orders delivered in Europe depend on the country and differ from Dutch shipping costs.

We currently deliver to almost all of Europe. If there is no shipping option available to your country, please mail to: support@unrostore.com for the possibilities.

As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with Track & Trace code so you can track your order. You can click on the Track & Trace code in the e-mail to immediately see where your parcel is.

It is also possible to click here . After clicking, enter your Track & Trace code to track your order 🙂 .

At present PostNL our carrier for the Netherlands & Belgium. Orders to other European countries are transferred to the shipping partner. You can see which carrier this is via the Track & Trace code.

For Germany, this is standard Hermes

For France, this is often Colis Private and otherwise DPD

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the driver will try to deliver your order to a neighbour, take it to a PostNL parcel point near you or try again the next day.
You can see which option was chosen by looking at your Track & Trace code.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to do this yourself. However, you can place a comment when you place an order. Put in the comment on which day you prefer the parcel to be delivered, and we will send it the day before it is due!

Sure, you can then choose the pick-up point/package point you prefer. On the checkout page, you can choose home delivery or delivery to a collection point/package point.

Exchanges & returns

Return costs depend on the weight of your parcel and are at your own expense.

Note: For the Netherlands, the standard return costs are €6,95 per shipping label.

The standard return costs for Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg are €10,-. For other European countries, costs may be higher depending on the country.

With us, you have a 30-day cooling-off period (without giving reasons) to return the product, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. For returning the order, you are responsible for the return costs. After proper receipt and inspection, we will credit the amount within 14 days in the way you paid. You can also use the model form or return easily in the portal.

Do you fulfil all return conditions? Then you can return your parcel.

Step 1. Go to your e-mail with the Track & Trace code and click here. Does this not work? Then mail to support@unrostore.com.

Step 2. You will now enter our shipping & returns portal. At the bottom right (on mobile at the bottom) you can download a return label, click here.

Step 3. Pay the return fee and follow the further steps in the portal.

We aim to credit the amount of the returned items within 14 days in the manner with which payment was made. In case Klarna was used as the payment method, the amount on your Klarna invoice will be adjusted or cancelled (depending on whether the entire order is returned).

Note: Have you bought a crockery set and/or crockery sold as sets? If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the crockery will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

Should the crockery be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

If the products have not been used, damaged and/or broken, they may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Please check the return conditions & see above 'How does returning an order work?' for further steps.

Note: Have you bought a crockery set and/or crockery sold as sets? If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the crockery will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

Our products are guaranteed for six months. Is a product broken after delivery? Then you need to report this within 24 hours of delivery. You can do this by sending an e-mail to: support@unrostore.com and include your order number. We will then contact you about further processing.

If your product(s) were delivered damaged, wrong or broken, our sincere apologies for this. This is of course not the intention. We would like to ask you to e-mail some photos to support@unrostore.com quoting your order number. Report the defect within 24 hours of delivery. We will then contact you about further handling.

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. If you meet the return conditions, you can return your order and place a new order.

UNRO's products are all manufactured in Portugal in a fair manner and as sustainably as possible. The products are made of high-quality Portuguese ceramics. You can also place a reservation against 50% deposit to be sure of your desired items. To do so, send an email to: support@unrostore.com

The plates, bowls, dishes and mugs sold by UNRO are oven, dishwasher and microwave safe or if otherwise indicated.

Note: view here the instructions for proper use of the crockery. The tableware is not resistant to severe temperature change.

The products selected by UNRO are made using artisanal methods. From the firing of the ceramics to the finishing of the final product. As a result, a difference in pattern, shape or shade may occur. This therefore makes each carefully selected product very unique.

All our glazed finishes are food-safe and meet the strict requirements of the European Food Safety Department. In this way, we ensure that all our glazed finishes are free of harmful substances and metals.
