Good to know...

Our products are packed, transported and delivered to your door with the utmost care. Of course, it can happen that something happens to your products. Things can go differently in life. No worries! You can claim warranty in case of a defect.

When you have discovered this defect, you must report it to us in a reasonable time so that we can take immediate action. A reasonable period is in any case within 24 hours of delivery. If you contact us in this timely manner, we will look for a suitable solution for you together after assessment. Mail to: support@unrostore.com.

Wanna complain?

We will always do our best in delivering the best possible product. Unfortunately, it may of course happen that you have a complaint. You can contact us for this via the following mail address: support@unrostore.com. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation. We would also like to ask you to click on the FAQ page page to see if your question is listed here.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
