For other European countries, costs may be higher depending on the country.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<input type=\"checkbox\" id=\"title25\">\n<label for=\"title25\">How does returning an order work?<\/label>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<p>With us, you have a 30-day cooling-off period (without giving reasons) to return the product, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. For returning the order, you are responsible for the return costs. After proper receipt and inspection, we will credit the amount within 14 days in the way you paid. You can also use the model form or return easily in the portal.<\/p>\n<p>Do you fulfil all return conditions? Then you can return your parcel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1.<\/strong> Go to your e-mail with the Track &amp; Trace code and click here. Does this not work? Then mail to <a href=\"mailto:support@unrostore.com\"><strong>support@unrostore.com<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2.<\/strong> You will now enter our shipping &amp; returns portal. At the bottom right (on mobile at the bottom) you can download a return label, click here.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3.<\/strong> Pay the return fee and follow the further steps in the portal.<\/p>\n<p>We aim to credit the amount of the returned items within 14 days in the manner with which payment was made. In case Klarna was used as the payment method, the amount on your Klarna invoice will be adjusted or cancelled (depending on whether the entire order is returned).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Have you bought a crockery set and\/or crockery sold as sets? If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the crockery will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. \n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<input type=\"checkbox\" id=\"title26\">\n<label for=\"title26\">Until when can I return my order?<\/label>\n<div class=\"content\">\n  <p>If the products have not been used, damaged and\/or broken, they may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Please check the return conditions &amp; see above 'How does returning an order work?' for further steps.\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Have you bought a crockery set and\/or crockery sold as sets? Is a product broken after delivery? Then you need to report this within 24 hours of delivery. We will then contact you about further processing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<input type=\"checkbox\" id=\"title29\">\n<label for=\"title29\">My product was delivered damaged, wrong or broken, what now?<\/label>\n<div class=\"content\">\n  <p>If your product(s) were delivered damaged, wrong or broken, our sincere apologies for this. This is of course not the intention. We would like to ask you to e-mail some photos to <a href=\"mailto:support@unrostore.com\"><b>support@unrostore.com<\/b><\/a> quoting your order number. Report the defect within 24 hours of delivery.
